I started the second semester of the school year a few weeks ago and i find that I am really struggling this semester to find creativity and come up with great ideas for all of my projects. I have web design class tonight and we are working on building online portfolios, and I am having a really hard time deciding what I want my web page to look like....

I recently read Andy Rutledge's great article about good and bad layouts and found myself surfing through the content of MSNBC's website. I'm really impressed. My first impression was: "Oh my god, too much content!" But after a few minutes of surfing I thought that the huge amount of content is very reachable and everything seems to be placed well.
